Jocelyn Romero Demirbag
Jocelyn has worked in private school education in Hawaii for 25 years, with 16 of those years spent as the lead administrator in Steiner schools. She serves as the co-chair for the Development and Administrative Network of the Association of Waldorf Schools, on the board of the Hawaii Council of Private Schools, and was a co-founder of the Maui Independent Schools Organization. Jocelyn is especially interested in school accreditation and licensing work, as well as the triangular relationship between the spiritual nature of a school, its location, and its identity. She completed her doctorate in Professional Educational Practice in 2014 and continues to research and publish her writing.
