Papers are now published as soon as they are accepted for publication by the Editorial Board. An Editorial Foreword will be published in December to bring together the papers published during the year. In addition, special issues will be published comprising papers with a common theme. All papers will still go through a rigorous two stage review process. The first stage is a double blind review process common to most academic journals. Papers that that meet the basic criteria progress to the open review stage where the author works with reviewers in the 'virtual space of cooperation'.
